FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What makes your sourdough different?
Our loaves are naturally leavened, made with organic King Arthur flour, and fermented slowly over 24+ hours for better flavor, digestibility, and crust.

2. How big is each loaf?
Each loaf weighs approximately 850–910 grams after baking—hearty, rustic, and perfect for sharing (or not!).

3. Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes! We use 100% organic flour and filtered water, and we never add commercial yeast, preservatives, or additives.

4. How do I place an order?
Simply order through our website. Select pickup or local delivery at checkout.

5. Where are you located?
We bake in Doral, FL. Pickup is available by appointment, and local delivery is offered within the surrounding area.

6. How much is local delivery?
Local delivery is $3 and available within select zip codes near Doral. If your address qualifies, it’ll show up at checkout.

7. How long will the bread stay fresh?
Our sourdough stays fresh for 3–4 days at room temperature. You can also freeze it for up to 2 months.

8. What’s the best way to store my loaf?
Keep it in a paper bag or bread box at room temperature. Avoid sealing it in plastic, as it can soften the crust.

9. Do you offer gluten-free bread?
Not at this time. Our sourdough is made with wheat flour, but the long fermentation may make it easier to digest for some.

10. Can I subscribe for weekly loaves?
We’re working on it! Join our email list or follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when subscriptions launch.

11. Why don’t I see sales tax at checkout?
We don’t charge sales tax because our sourdough bread is sold for home consumption and is tax-exempt under Florida law. Delivery fees are also exempt.
